    I know it's not Disney, but in Ocean Park in Hong Kong they had a photopass style thing and they where more than happy to take photos using my camera I think if they saw you going in with Lisa and the boys they're likely to make an acception as clearly you are a tourist but they probably just go off the 'vibe' they get off people.

    I can't imagine Disney would confiscate camera equipment. If you were not allowed in with the items you have, then you'd have to return to the hotel to store them. I believe any locker is beyond the gates and out of your reach, so they'd not be an option.

    Now, having said that if you try to enter with a weapon (there was that much talked about incident with the person and the handgun ) not only will they detain you, and said weapon, but call the "real" police and you'll be carted away.

    I see some pretty impressive cameras in WDW, and some full size tripods, but again it's random and as with anything Disney totally dependent upon with whom you speak.

    Im going to try it this time I've decided I may not stick with the plan but I'm at least going to try and get a few proper tripod shots
