    Thanks guys - true to form she is still battling against all the odds.

    Having not said a word for 5 days she

    'bye bye love' to Mum as she lwft her last night

    I wouldn't be at all surprised if it was the last thing she ever said and how lovely would that be

    It really can't be long now

    I don't know how I missed your thread Chris but will say a prayer for your nan and whole family.

    They do say it's hard for people to let go when they are surrounded by their loved ones all willing them to hang on, the human spirit is such a powerful thing.

    Bye, bye love - isn't that what we'd all want to hear and remember, knowing she was lucid and aware of who was there and the love all around her.
