Chubby was FANTASTIC today! He puts on a great show. For someone that's almost 70, he's still got it!

Could any of them actually do the Twist, which really was a dance, and not just a bunch of wiggling around?

    Exactly!

I think if I went to do the twist, I would not be able to come back up.

Well then, we'd make the perfect pair...if I get down and can't get up, you can help me up.

    There you go!

    I remember... whooeeee, YEARS ago...

My wicked cool older cousin (by 13 years) taught me to Twist when I was 6. All was well. We had a great time! I went down, and round, and heel down, and toe down and all that super cool twisting jazz...

    Then.

She tried to get me to do it for others, in front of others...

At the ripe old age of 6 there was NO WAY I was going to do that.

She was beyond disgusted, but I was nothing if not stubborn.

I could twist like you wouldn't believe! As long as no one was watching.
