I think my most special memory is our first trip with grand children. We were at MK early for breakfast at CRT, on our oldest granddaughter's 9th birthday. We walked out of the castle and down an almost empty Main Street USA. The horse drawn carriages were just coming out and the girls wanted to pet one of the horses. The driver asked us if we would like to ride back to the castle. As we boarded the driver asked everyone else to please wait for the next carriage and back down Main Street we went. Both girls got to "drive" and get their pictures taken doing so and when we got to the castle there was a CM waiting for us who asked if we would like to be Grand Marshals. We couldn't have scripted that any better if we tried.

My first trip will always be the most special - and I think the most special thing about it was meeting luvthemouse (who hangs out here occasionally!) and after she had gone home and we were still there, having her ring every night to get us to tell her all about our day.

It was so nice to have made a friend and share our day with her.

Next trip - Bali! (March 2015)

Our honeymoon Dh and I knew nothing about Disney, just that we wanted to go. So many things happened on that trip that would have never happened if we tired to plan them. We got the last seating for dinner at the liberty tree and by the time we were done main street was empty. We stood in our wedding Mickey and Minnie hats in front of the castle all alone listening to the quiet music and watching the kiss goodnight. It was so quiet and so very special Then there was riding splash mountain in a log all alone! That is a cool picture. So many little memories..it was special from start to finish!

to think we were going to go to Hawaii
