Just don't quit the one you have until you have the new one.

Start looking for a new one Tracy. It's the best scenario, to have a new one before you leave the old one, but sometimes the old one becomes so stressful and self damaging that you have to leave to preserve your health.

I don't think you've gotten to that point yet, but I'd surely start looking for a new job.

Unless you think it would help to speak with the Store manager/owner? Not sure if you work for a corporation or a privately owned shop.

Oh. :( That's not so great then is it, having a manager that isn't doing the job? Is there a regional person you could speak with?

Or, as you say, just better to seek out other employment and move on.
