    Walt Disney World today begins pre-sales for homes in its “Golden Oak” residential development, a community of luxury homes being built on the northeast corner of the vast resort.

    Not terribly sure how I feel about this.

    Seems kind of elitist to me and not at all in keeping with the philosophy that Walt Disney seemed to express.

    Oh well, I'm sure that Disney will be sure to take my feelings into account.

    I bet that the owner restrictions will be similar to those at Celebration.
    For example the grass on your front lawn must be no higher than 1.563".
