I can tell you from personal experience. I was raised in Florida and have moved away and back a couple of times.

For me, I've missed seasons the most when I moved back to Florida. With several notable exceptions, it seems that summer is pretty much the only season there is!

80 degrees fahrenheit on Christmas day is just wrong!

That sounds just like here in the UK Tom.
You do mean 40 degrees in the morning and 40 degrees in the afternoon don`t ya?

Naw Terry. Actually it's more like 80 when you get up in the morning, 80 at noon, and 80 when you go to bed at night.

    Rather boring temperature wise.

Seasons. Hosepipe bans in the summer and floods in the winter.

Tom, there were a couple days last winter where we actually had frost on the ground in the morning.

That's why I said "with several notable exceptions".

I was there in 1977 for the snow in Tampa/St. Pete (and elsewhere). Made driving entertaining.

    At best!

Tom (... I can tell you the cross town expressway was no fun!)
