Thinking of going to see We Will Rock You the day before we fly to Orlando. We will travel to Manchester the day before we fly.

Does anyone know the area of the Palace Theatre? Will we be able to park easily. It will be the saturday evening before Christmas

I can`t help with the parking issue as it has been several years since we went to that theatre....it was in the days when you could do a tour of the Grenada studio, which shows how long ago it was!

I will say however that We Will Rock You is a fantastic show. We saw it in London and the musicians sound just like Queen..thanks to Brian May`s tuition.

    Thanks Terry
I am in two minds about it as the seats that are still available on the specific date aren't too great. Either near the back or about 6 rows from the front but way to the side.

Thanks Mick - would you go to see it even if the seats weren't too good?

Without giving too much away Diane, I`d opt for the seats nearer the back.
As the band is located high up on the sides of the stage, you would get a better view from further back IMHO.
Also bear in mind that at most rock concerts, the sound mixer is more often than not located towards the rear of the auditorium where the sound is optimised so I`m told.

Thanks for the input guys - appreciate it

I'm getting frustrated though Trying to book and it won't let me! There are a couple of places where they have three seats next to each other and it won't let me book two of then because it will leave one single seat!
Looks like it may end up being a movie

tried ringing and they wouldn't budge

DH liked the sound of it though so we've booked but we are nearly at the very back :(
Now I need to check out the parking nearby - or get a taxi from the airport.
