I went to the local animal sanctuary to take up the leftover fruit and veg from school and came home having reserved 2 female guinea pigs. I collect them after Christmas.

Their names are Mango and Kiwi but my dad wants to change Kiwi's name to Chutney.

We had two years ago called Scampi and Chips! I still remember the squeaking noise they would make when they saw me.

Look forward to seeing pics. :)

It was Kiwi I spotted first - jumping and spinning in circles at the sight of a piece of carrot. Then I peered into the hutch and saw Mango lurking too. It took about a nanosecond to make up my mind.

They were found in a woods by a man picking mushrooms.
