what was your best ever meal at Disney and why?

For me it was at Caseys Corner yes honestly!

We went in there at christmas, the whole place went dark and the fireworks started, the guy behind the counter was so nice to us and then we walked right out to watch the fireworks with our hot dogs. We were starving so they were the best dogs ever and the fireworks were superb. At that moment, everything was just perfect in the world.

I think mine is still the Pumpkin Seed encrusted Red Snapper I had at the Maya Grill at Coronado Springs. This was back in 1999.

Dinner at the Chef's Table at V&A! Or having dinner designed for us by Chef Sutton at Napa Rose. Or almost any of the meals we've had at Jiko!

Our best meal is without doubt any of those taken at V & A`s.

A close second is at the Yachtsman Steakhouse, mainly because of the fun we have when we meet up with our close friend Ricardo who is always our server there.

We also thoroughly enjoy Yachtsman and having Ricardo as our server. That is our restaurant of choice when we want steak. The reason that JIKO and CITRICO's are so high on our list is the variety.

Our 8th wedding anniversary at california grill. Service was wonderful and they really spoiled Ben, who was only 2 at the time. The wine was superb and went beautifully with the meal. We also had a wonderful view. Everything about it was incredible, loved every minute of it!
