There was some mashed sweet potato that they used to have on the dinner buffet at 1900 Park Fare. I'd pay the dinner price just to eat that.
Chef Hunnel prepared a wonderful white truffle risotto the night we ate at the Chef's Table. Now, I'd never had risotto that I really liked before. But that was up there with the best stuff I've ever eaten - EVER!
