Thread: get slimmer by not eating in the evening?

    This one I saw on graham nortons show, people were saying that they lost a load of weight by not eating after 6 even if they had a large lunch to compensate for it

    it makes sense to me too, all those calories sitting there not doing much of an evening and worse overnight

    anyone tried that?

    I have read that if you eat a dried apricot or something with natural sugars just before you go to bed, it keeps your metabolism working so burns calories.... not sure where I read it though so it could be a load of tosh

    I have lost weight by replacing my supper with either eating an apple or orange

    I often do that now, have my main meal at work then just a bowl of cereal or baked potato and beans for dinner.

    If you eat less than, say, 1500 calories over the course of an hour, a day, at midnight, before 6pm or any other time and you burn more than those in the course of the day, you will still lose weight. I have lost 5 stone all in all and I ate at all times of day or night.
