Just wondering but I dont want to be pushy about it but we have a few birthdays whist we're there. Do we put it on the booking somehow, tell our server or just keep quiet ?

Yes, do tell them when you book and when you get there. Depending upon which restaurant you are in for the day of the birthday, there is usually a little remembrance. Yachtman's Steakhouse does a card from the characters and if they know ahead, can print the birthday person's name on the menu. Herself received a rose once too, along with a special dessert.

I do tend to add it to the reservation and perhaps a quick mention to the server. Usually results in a special dessert but not always so don't expect anything and then it's nice when it happens
