    I'm sorry for your loss.

As Shelly stated, a very hard road. May she be at peace.

We are back. We got back around 9PM last night. Going up last Saturday was remarkably traffic free but coming back another story. I guess a major accident closed my primary route entirely causing about a 6 mile back up that was hardly moving. Finally got to an exit where I could turn around and back track but then ran into major construction traffic there and ended up costing me a couple of hours.

This was the third death in the family in 9 months. Enough already please. It was once again great to see all the relatives but wish we could do it under much happier circumstances.

Funeral service was very nice (Catholic). I did a reading from Ecclesiastes that when I first started I wasn't sure I was going to be able to get through it, but I think I composed myself well.

Thanks for all the good wishes. I love you all.

Glad you guys made it back safe and sound.

Sometimes it seems that as we age we only see family during the unpleasant/sad moments in life. And it sounds like you and your family have had their fair share so far...I'm sorry for the losses that you have experienced lately.
