OMG is this back again? I've just seen that uk flights will be disrupted tomorrow and possibly the rest of the week because of an icelandic ash cloud?

I thought we'd got past that

There have been 250 flights cancelled this morning across Europe.

In the UK, all flights in and out of Scotland and Ireland have been cancelled or delayed.

Apparently the authorities have "upped" the flying safety threshshold considerably since the last eruption...by around 20x the previous "safety limits".
