I noticed the Kakigori stand was partitioned off at Epcot when I was there a couple weekends ago. Turns out, it was being revamped into a drink & food stand. This seems to be a trend since the Chinese drink kiosk was improved and menu expanded. The Kabuki Cafe will offer sushi, miso soup, edemame, and some other items as well as drinks.

I saw a pic of the menu on a blog and you can get edamame as a snack credit, yay something else healthy. Really wanting to try the flavoured ice.
