Believe me, it is the best way to get over the jet lag.
Although you really have to fight the urge for a nap [or to go to bed early], if you don`t stay awake for as long as possible, the jet lag will be with you for days as you said.

I don't suffer with jet lag when we get to Florida.

When we get back to the UK though it's a different story We never go to bed when we get home, we somehow manage to get through the day and then go to bed about 9pm and get up about 8am the next day. It still takes me a few days to catch up though, it doesn't affect my DH at all.

If ever there is a tomorrow when we're not together.......
there is something you must always remember.
You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.
But the most important thing is, even if we're apart...... I'll always be with you.

A friend is someone who is always there and will always, always care.
A friend is a feeling of forever in the heart.
