Thread: Olympic Diver Tom Daley Visits Discovery Cove & SeaWorld Orlando

    Olympic diver Tom Daley recently visited at Discovery Cove and SeaWorld whilst on holiday in Orlando. Hopefully, Tom can use the diving pointers given to him by the dolphins for the 2012 Olympics.


    Leon (6 month old King Penguin chick) at SeaWorld Orlando's Penguin Experience but sometimes he can be such a show off in front of the guests. Tom politely declined Leon’s challenge of who could swim in the 45-degree water the longest – smart move Tom.


    As an Olympic diver, being under water is usually not a problem – unless you are at Discovery Cove’s latest attraction SeaVenture and coming eye-to-eye with sharks through a full, 8-foot-tall, 21-foot long panoramic window. I don’t think anyone has ever seen Tom swim so fast!


    Tom ended his trip at SeaWorld Olrando with a visit to a couple of his One Ocean diving idols. Good thing they will not be at the 2012 Olympics or he wouldn’t stand a chance but we can guarantee you they will be cheering for him.
