    Annie do you have conservation district there?? They usually will know who to call for injured wild animals. Also maybe if you are brave enough to do this, put out a bowl of water for it so that it doesn't dehydrate.

    Jon just texted... he has the number for A/C, but he's holding off to try and find an animal rescue person...turns out we DO have a bird nature center...but it's closed today :(

    Water. Yes. That's a good idea. I'll find it some water.

    Call the nature center anyway, they may have an emergency number you can call for hurt critters. Tell Andrew to put the water away from teh house in the shade. The other problem you may have is that it hasn't eaten for awhile and it really looks like a baby to me so that could end up being a factor in how soon you can get him rescued.
