    Hi,

I am wondering if people here would give me some ideas for next year holiday.... we have decided that Florida is too expensive so we are looking for a one/two weeks break...

I am not too keen on a beach holiday..... DH is not too keen 'city' break!

Does anyone here have any ideas or places that have a good mixture of both i.e beach but near various attraction.

Port Aventura in Spain is part of the Universal family i think, so theres rides etc there?

Also, Tenerife is good for fun, theres water parks and the Loro Parque (Parrot Park) which has dolphins, sea lions and also has killer whales too

I would consider that more of a "Country" break. To me a city break is when you go to one city, such as New York, London, etc. and stay there.
