Thread: Grrrrr! Online reservations won't accept my confirmation number!!

    Deb, I dont know if you are having the same issue I had... It kept saying it couldnt find my reservation and that the last name didnt match?

    IT eventually got sorted right online, had to try putting the last name in with no caps, and then checking the reservation number with and without matching a resort name to it?

    Deb I have a phone line again and all my calls to the US are free, I would have mentioned it before but I wasn't sure when the fault would be fixed.

    If you want me to make the reservations for you, send me a PM. It's really no problem at all

    Thanks everyone Wendy, that is so kind And Tom, thanks for the heads up on Skype - I have been meaning to install it to talk to my Aussie friend, that has reminded me to do it!

    Mari, it doesn't matter what I do, with my name and confirmation number - I have tried every which way too! It will only recognise it against my accommodation booking And now I have booked dining reservations it won't recognise them either. Oh well!

    I have managed to find a low cost number that works well, so after that first extortionately expensive call I have managed to do the rest via that - though the length of the calls due to the amount of info they have to read to you is awful! Anyway, it is sorted - and Mr Deb keeps telling me to stop worrying about the phone bill, it's done, and that's that!! It is odd that running a reasonably good online booking system seems to be beyond Disney's capability....

    It's crazy that a company as large as Disney doesn't have a reliable booking system
