Im heading to the US Embassy for Natalia's visa appointment.

Being under 7, she is not required to go, so Ill go on her behalf.

Just getting all the documents together and filling forms online has been draining! I really hope its quick and she gets her visa, because Im getting too excited to have to cancel

    Wish us luck! :)

So this means the next time you post, Natalia will have a visa

What kind of things happen when you go to get a visa? Sorry for sounding silly!

Thank you everyone It should be simple, being that she is 18 months, but you just never know.

Well, you have to fill out 2 very long forms online, all your personal information, your parents personal information, and answer 3 pages of questions.
Then you have to submit the form, and make an appointment...
I have to take Natalia's proof of citizenshio documents and her passport, originals and a copy... plus her parents (thats us :) ) passports and visas in original an copy...
All our travel arragements, and "proof" that we have enough money to pay for the trip and that we will not try to stay in the US... and thats where it gets tricky, because its really up to the person reviewing the information to decide whether your "proof" is enough, or whether you are really trying to get into the country and stay to live there...
