I had to sickly girls in my hands...

They had normal childhood illnesses, but it kept either one or both of them home for most of the month.

So we had to come up with some ideas to keep them busy, because after 3 days they were already quite bored.

One of the things I came up with was to take out ALL the Xmas cards from exchanges that I have saved (since I normally dont know what to do with them the following year, I keep them in a box) well, this year we took them ALL OUT.....

and I shouldnt have written thispost without a pic.. but promise a pic by Monday... because we were able to make a "Xmas card Garland" that covers about 50% of our home!

Such wonderful memories too.. reading all those cards from farway friends

So, just wanted to share, and I promise a pic by Monday :)

Oh Mari, what a wonderful way to spend your time, you must have lots of cards :) I can't wait to see the photo on Monday

If ever there is a tomorrow when we're not together.......
there is something you must always remember.
You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.
But the most important thing is, even if we're apart...... I'll always be with you.

A friend is someone who is always there and will always, always care.
A friend is a feeling of forever in the heart.

I'll bet that brings back the memories. I guess in a way it is like going through a box of OLD pictures.
