    January 5th.

    Running late today. Here's todays:

Who are Jaq, Suzy, Blossom, Luke, Mert, Bert and Gus?

Answer: Jaq, Gus, Mert & Suzy - Mice in Cinderella
    Blossom - Skunk in Bambi
Bert - Male lead in Mary Poppins [gaw blimey!]
    Luke -Character in Rescuers

But Bert and Luke were also mice in Cinderella!

Sorry I'm late. I'll try to do better tomorrow. Got busy on a business meeting and couldn't get to it till now.

    Tom (... who dat?)

Actually, according to "the Calendar", they're all mice in Cinderella.

However, I think we'll give you this one since I haven't been able to independently verify any of the mouse names beyond the ones you've mentioned except for Bert and Luke. Yep, they were her mice too!

So Slowhand wins another one. The rest of you better get busy and catch up! Terry and John are pulling ahead.

Tom (... keep your thinking caps on. New one tomorrow!)

But it is only the 5th of January so everyone has plenty of time. Incidentally I can't believe they left out Perla.

Me either John. That's partly what made me wonder about the validity of the answer "the Calendar" provided.

I did some research and they were indeed all mice from Cinderella. However I guess that Gus (Octavius/Augustus), Jaq, Suzy and Perla are the ones we all remember.

    January 6th.

Here's another one for today that's probably way too easy:

What is the name of the clock in Beauty and the Beast?

    Answer: Cogsworth

Some of these are just too easy. I'm thinking about trying to come up with a way to level the playing field so more people can participate. I've got some ideas but if you've got any, I'd like to hear them. In the meantime, have at it with today's question.

    Tom (... tick tock...)
