    I bought a pastie from a little shop in a little village in Ireland. The local dog who was roaming about truly loved it.

    In Canada there is pork tourtiere (probably spelled that wrong) a type of pork mince in a crust. It's quite nice! ONCE, and only once that I know of they served them at the Food and Wine Festival. (Back with the FWF was all about unique and different food choices instead of the run of the mill, same old-same old that it is now).

    Tink for some reason, the pasties in different areas just don't taste the same, I think it's because there are so many different versions - homemade are the best though
