    Just think of how many flights go to Orlando and other destinations all the time, it is very rare for something like this to happen.

    I must admit though, there is no way you would get me back on that plane, they'd have to bring another one over.

    The poor reaction from the cabin crew is being discussed on various radio/tv programmes. That is the kind of publicity Virgin definitely don't need. I hope Branson will order training to be stepped up.

    My friend and her family are stranded in Orlando. They were due to fly home on that plane yesterday evening.

    you know the important thing is they got everyone off in a timely manner, there was also talk of idiot passengers more worried about their carry on luggage. A few minor injuries is much better than a delay in getting people off which could have much more serious consequences. They will review this episode and learn for the future which will make air travel safer for all of us.
