I'm making a chicken cacciatore-type dish, with some potatoes roasted in olive oil, garlic and rosemary

Well, I traveled to Jax last night (for a seminar today) and had about the worst Chinese food known to human kind. Don't ask me WHY I thought it would be good, but it definitely wasn't. Steamed dumpling where the wrapper was so thick it was more like a dough ball. Ick.

So, I'll be looking forward to having a decent meal tonight when I get home!
