    I'd agree with Keith on this one, a 50mm lens is lovely and a bargin for the price. I was only talking about this the other day with regards to doing a shoot in a car park, and with my 50mm being my first portrait lens I had, it worked well. The only downside is shooting at F1.8 you end up with fuzzy edges due to the aperture bluring caused by distance.

    Hahaha, yeah but it is always easier to agree Keith :) tis a nice lens. It lets me shoot something like this with the use of a reflector. :P

    i have got some lovely shots of dd this week with the new lens. Sadly i don't have my lead with me so can't upload- will do after bank holiday
