How does it work with carrying make-up in one's carry-on? Are there any difficulties doing this?

as long as it's under the liquid limit, can't remember what it is in the US- 100mls in UK it can go in a ziplock bag and be scanned separately. I always put my mascara in there- not sure if it's classed as liquid or not but never had a problem

I'm guessing that lipgloss is considered a liquid.

    I wouldn't think so

I did a little bit more investigating and lipgloss IS a liquid, and disposable razors ARE allowed. Weird.

That's why it's so confusing. I just know that I don't want to show up at the airport with what I think I can have only to find out I have to throw away something since I can't bring it aboard.
