Disney are now offering more nutritious food options than ever before throughout their parks and resorts, and itís even easier for guests to identify them with the new Mickey Check. This is now featured on kidsí menus in table-service restaurants across Walt Disney World.

Menu items that receive the Mickey Check meet Disney Nutrition Guidelines that limit calories, saturated fat, sodium, and sugar. To accomplish this, chefs at Disney Parks have re-imagined many kidsí menu items to find delicious ways to make existing meals more nutritious. Kidsí Complete Meals must be ordered without substitutions and include at least three of the following food groups: fruits and vegetables; low-fat dairy; whole grains or lean protein, beans, eggs and nuts.

The Mickey Check, which was revealed last year, may be new to table-service restaurants but it already appears on kidsí menus at quick-service restaurants.

If ever there is a tomorrow when we're not together.......
there is something you must always remember.
You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.
But the most important thing is, even if we're apart...... I'll always be with you.

A friend is a hand that is always holding yours,
no matter how close or far apart you may be.
A friend is someone who is always there and will always, always care.
A friend is a feeling of forever in the heart.
