It was for three adults! And for that price I'd want plenty of young nubile pool boys peeling my grapes for me whilst fanning me with palm fronds.... (er fanning as in the UK word, not the American word lol)

Fanning in the US means the same as the UK version. Now I'm wondering if their is some sort of alternative meaning I don't know about......

Yeah there is another word, very similar to fanning, the best way to describe it is that we call them bum bags, you call them something else I'll leave the rest up to your imagination.

What does a fanny pack have to do with fanning? One is a noun and one is a verb. I know fanny in the US means bottom, or derriere, or behind, or hienie, or what ever word you use to denote buttocks, but that doesn't have anything to do with fanning oneself or being fanned.

ooh I LOVED Mexico, loved the people, so friendly. We want to come back so hopefully one day :)I don't hardly drink and I still haven't lived it down the fact that I was sloshed by 10am.... We were getting up early at around 7am and the pool bar was open, we'd had breakfast and DD and I decided we'd try all the colourful cocktails on the menu........... by lunchtime I was snoring my swede off on a sunbed. Never again lol.
