I've been a few times and we're booked in again for August. I think it's a real undiscovered treasure. Lunch and dinner are both simple yet elegant food, done really well with good ingredients. The servers are really knowledgeable and temped me to try things I'd never had before. I also found that they were really good at pairing wine with the food too.

    I'd totally recommend it!

We've had it booked a couple of times. However, when we have stopped by the Contemporary to look at the current menu it just wasn't that interesting to us, so we canceled.

Does the menu change often, John?

I'm not certain how often it changes Becca, but I want to say at least quarterly.

It's supposed to keep up with the seasons, and with local produce. They use much locally grown produce, including dairy. It's nice. They tend to do things like make a very sweet sauce for lamb, but you can ask that to be kept aside.

Some of the servers are very good.

Between some of these places I'm only just discovering ON property and those I've made a list of OFF property - I'm going to need a trip just to EAT!

You don't need to hold your reservation for the Wave with a credit card. As a result they have many no shows (the change to credit card holds was a good move on Disney's part. The few remaining places that don't do it, really show evidence of that). If you are looking for a place to walk in, the Wave could be a good place to start.
