Thread: Disney apps

  1. #1
I have the 'mobile magic' and 'my Disney experience' apps.
What is the difference between the two? Have only just got them so not too sure what to do with them.

The Disney Mobile Magic App is more for use in the parks, it will give you the wait times for rides, it has maps of the parks & all of the WDW Resort Hotels, and it even has GPS while you are in the parks.

The My Disney Experience app is for planning your vacation. You can start by adding your reservation number and it will automatically add your hotel check-in and check-out dates. You can add everything else from there, such as what day(s) you are visiting Magic Kingdom, Downtown Disney and so on. Also, if you want to make dining reservations you can do so from the app. It is also a feature on the Disney Website.

I have both downloaded on my iPhone and have just started figuring out how to use them so I am not lost when I am on vacation.

    Hope that helps!
