It's a healthy option for children to eat, there is supposed to be an option all all restaurants. This is a quote from what I posted a while ago about the meals:Originally Posted by Vikki, post: 309973
Disney are serving more nutritious food options for children and they make is easier for guests to identify them with the new Mickey Check.
Menu items that receive the Mickey Check meet Disney Nutrition Guidelines that limit calories, saturated fat, sodium, and sugar. To accomplish this, chefs at Disney Parks have re-imagined many kidsí menu items to find delicious ways to make existing meals more nutritious. Kidsí Complete Meals must be ordered without substitutions and include at least three of the following food groups: fruits and vegetables; low-fat dairy; whole grains or lean protein, beans, eggs and nuts.
