Have you got any then sorted Wendy, I hate people who think they can speak to others in a horrid way and get away with it.
I'm completely the opposite to you though Wendy, I am a head strong woman who won't take rubbish from anyone, I would have told him to remove them or I would be calling the police as he was on your land,

Julie, if I'd actually been able to get on the ground I would never have got up again

I told Chris and he said I should go and speak to our neighbour, the one attached to the elderly lady and ask him to sort it out.

Anyway long story short, the fence posts will be put in her garden, but he is still refusing to secure our gate. Alan has said he will talk to him again tomorrow and not to worry about it.

I feel a little better, thank you for your advice Hopefully it won't come to seeing a Solicitor about it.

Do you not have some place to report lousy services like that? Here we have the Better Business Bureau. Not only do they assist with resolving issues, but they kept track of what businesses have been reported.

I have used them to good end.

I hate it when people are ripping fools. I'd be calling his company and reporting him for his nasty demeanor at least.

I can't call the company Tink, he is the company it's a one man band, hence my reference to his horse. I've been watching, ok spying on him this morning and he really has no idea what he is doing

I feel sorry for Tessa, she will be watching and getting upset over it. I sent a text to her daughter this morning and suggested she might want to pop over and see her mum today. I'll talk to her as well when she comes over.

So wait...there's not actually a horse tied to the gate?

Not that that changes anything about his nasty behavior, I just may be a bit more confused than I originally thought...
