    For the view? Upstairs France, and water's side Rose and Crown, and water's edge (indoor) at Mexico. Those would be my first thoughts... Oh, for full service.

    Mexico's cantina for counter service.

    I agree with Tink regarding the upstairs restaurant in France [can`t remember its new name!]. If you are part way through your dinner there, they will let you go outside if you want to watch the fireworks if you don`t manage to blag a window seat.

    The new restaurant is Monsieur Paul. We didn't have a window seat and weren't there quite long enough for Illuminations. I don't know if they still let you go out like Bistro de Paris did though.
