When you spend your last full day at a park, what is the last thing you do before leaving for the last time to go home?

We normally go to either the Magic Kingdom or Epcot for our last day before departure day.

At the Magic Kingdom, we always have one last Dole Float and sit on the walls next to the Partner's Statue watching the Castle and people.

In Epcot, we have a photo taken in front of Spaceship Earth as we leave with us both waving.

If ever there is a tomorrow when we're not together.......
there is something you must always remember.
You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.
But the most important thing is, even if we're apart...... I'll always be with you.

Usually we have breakfast at Crystal Palace and have a walk around the castle area to say good bye then. Usually we watch the wished fireworks on our last night.

Well up until our trip last year we always tried to catch spectromagic and wishes the night before we left.

Last year though we had MNSSHP and they no longer do spectromagic so it was completely different.

Have you not seen the Main Street Electrical Parade, I prefer it to Spectro, it is the original and to be the best

    Yes, im not a fan.

I much prefer spectromagic, and wish it was still around. I saw it last year backstage and it was sad and dusty :(

I don't think it'll be back anytime soon.

I think the reason I like it is because it's the first nighttime show I saw, along with wishes. I will be sad when wishes goes too!

Dont get me wrong it's very good and I can see why it has it's fans but the sentimental aspect for me wins.

Personally I'd love to see a brand new nighttime show, but that's another subject

We don't have any rituals. We just pack up our stuff and leave the resort usually. Always a bit of a depressing day even when you are as close to WDW as are we. Still hard to step back into reality.

I really like the "every time we leave" photo idea though. How neat to have the same photo through the years. I wish we'd thought of something like that all those years ago when we started going.
