We haven't eaten at a Golden Corral for many years as we thought the cleanliness had gone down.

I can't see me going back either

Yeah, Golden Corral is not really a place anyone should be eating. I honestly don't know how they avoid food borne illnesses there. The public side of the buffet is bad enough with kids handling food with their bare hands and running their fingers through the chocolate fountain. Nasty to say the least.

In this day and age where it seems some people have no regards for standard sanitary practices, we avoid any buffet at all costs. Just not worth it.

You sure can. I worked at a quite famous local hotel as a chambermaid when I was 17/18 and it was an eye opener. I wouldn't stay there now! It charges around 200 per night!

Yep! People always talk bad about The Waffle House around here. It may certainly employ some sketchy looking people but you SEE everything they are doing.
