    Right blonde moment.

We are traveling to Orlando on the 19th August and I'm just filling out the custom form.
We are a group of 6, myself (surname Windsor) other half, and 2 children (surname Morris) plus sister-in-law and niece (surname Morris)
How many forms should we complete?

As far as I know only one person needs to complete the customs declaration form.
There is a section that asks how many folks [including yourself] is in your party.

Each family needs to fill one out for their family.

It's one for each family/different name, in your case 3. One for you, one for Wayne and kids and one for your sister in law :)
