Went to turn the bedroom light off last night and as I lent over, there was a hissing sound under the bed. Not my imagination cos DH asked about the noise before I could mention it!

We had a look for the culprit but found nothing. Even though it was hot, I pulled the sheet well up over me ears

omg thats so cool! I keep searching for snakes but never finding any

I bet it was more likely just part of the bed rubbing against the headboard or something but funny anyway

My son and family had to move rooms at the POLYNESIAN last year because my son saw a snake in his room and they now refer it as snakegate

    snakegate :D

I've always been fascinated by poisonous snakes and have been to several exhibitions in florida including the everglades where I saw a few. I saw one small one slithering across a grass verge at the dolphin but other than that, nothing else round Orlando at all.

I'm not sure I'd want one under the bed I must admit but out behind the pool net would be quite cool

Never heard them, could it be an a/c vent under the bed?
