We've started watching Sleepy Hollow which is about the headless horseman.

I think it looks promising, but I do wonder where they can take the story.

If ever there is a tomorrow when we're not together.......
there is something you must always remember.
You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.
But the most important thing is, even if we're apart...... I'll always be with you.
    Winne the Pooh - A A Milne

A friend is a hand that is always holding yours,
no matter how close or far apart you may be.
A friend is someone who is always there and will always, always care.
A friend is a feeling of forever in the heart.

This is definitely NOT the Washington Irving story. It is quite dark, but we are enjoying it

    Quite enjoyed the first episode.
Couple of points, Ichabod's accent is a bit dodgy and I think it would have taken him longer to get used to 21st century!
Other than that, a promising start.

    It's dodgy? I think it's divine :-)

I like the show. The whole thing with Revelations freaks me out. But I really like the chemistry between Ichabod and Abby.

I think it's going to go into a whole spin about George Washington knowing all about the prophecy and all that.

    It's on Fox

He has a nice voice, Johnie, I'm just being picky. :) An 18c english accent wouldn't be good for mass audiences. :)
I think the story has potential to be really interesting.

Haha! I totally understand what you are saying. Last year they had a Hatfields and McCoys mini series on. Ok I'm a Hatfield and my family is from where this all happened. The accents are so thick now that you can hardly understand them. In the 1800's you wouldn't have been able to understand them at all!
