Approximately 42 tornadoes struck the state of Indiana today, including where two of my children and most of my grandchildren live. There is LOTS of damage, but thank God they are all safe. They are without power however, and temperatures are supposed to be in the 30's tonight.

Good Grief!!! I didn't know a thing about this. I've not had the television on in three weeks. I hope they are all safe and that the power comes back on soon!

Glad eveyone's safe John. But the 30's.

Hope they've got some way to keep warm tonight. Have they got a generator?

So glad to hear that your family is safe John. It must have been extremely scary for them. I received an email from my son yesterday who is with his girlfriend near Chicago (on holiday) telling me that the tornado had come past them. He was absolutely terrified. Some holiday!
