I've heard people state that they don't eat after a certain time. What is the basis for that? How early do you get up in the morning? Eating late is definitely something I do. I also stay up really late
With my schedule it is darn near impossible to eat before 6 and then I'm in bed by 9.

I've started mine too, Robert. I have four lo-cal days a week, with a bit of a respite on the weekends. I've done it before and I get a steady but slow weight loss.
I want to start walking and then eventually cycling again when the weather is a little more tolerable.
