Well. September is a good idea, but if you can push it to later than earlier. All the schools will be back in session, and you will be able to do MNSSHP as well as the FWF. Don't know if that will coincide with free DDP though.

The hurricane season is more problematic than the "usual" weather actually. If one blows in, you're running a real risk of having your holiday interfered with. I'd not go over the top worrying about it, just something to consider.

Sometimes the lovebugs (as this year) are barely noticeable. They are very light this year.

I've been there in 3 hurricane times, including Andrew. It was inconvenient, but luckily it didn't spoil the holidays.

Good. You have expereince then. If the park were closed a day (or maybe two, but that's really unlikely) it wouldn't spoil your holiday, no? You could just use the 'cane day as a rest day. :D

    That's what matters.

Well then, the pre-anniversary trip is looking likely. :D

So when do you then plan to come for the anniversary trip? :D :D

That would depend on winning the lottery.

Our next big trip would be 2012 when we both have big birthdays. DH will be 40 and I will be.... well, much older.

Older is the way it is supposed to be. Men mature at such a slower rate, and their physical prowess does not extent into the later years with much guarantee, so older/younger combinations work the best. :D :D

    (Sorry, couldn't resist)!

In my country we call Dawn the gathering storm. maaaaany legends are spoken of a lay-dy who leeves destruction in her wayke in the search for small plastic boxes of tat. Sometime mother nature she fights back and maybe injures a shoulder or something, but Dawn continues relentless leaving theme parks and usually realiable rides and attractions temporarily closed in her wake.
