    Standing Rib Roast with Yorkshire Pudding here. Though this year it may get delayed as our oldest son and his family should arrive on the 26th.

    Mmmm...festive food. :D
    Christmas Eve DH and I have a '3 bird' roast. Duck stuffed with chicken stuffed with pheasant. Fab!
    Christmas Day is a family meal of turkey (organic/free range) and ALL the trimmings. :D

    Willow often flushes out pheasants when we're walking on the Downs. Maybe if she caught one for a change... :sigh;

    Don't they have to hang for a while though?

    As far as I know all wild game does? Not that I am up on game animals, but I just thought they all did (with varying amounts of time needed).
