We have snow!!! This is the first time I remember snow in October since I was little and had to trick or treat in snowpants We have glass doors at the back of this house and Katelyn is just glued to them yelling "pretty snow!" Even the dog looks excited :p015:

This won't stick, but they say up north they are looking at a foot or more. Looks like it might be a good bit of snow this winter.

Well honestly it has been raining for 2 days and now it is a mix of rain and snow, so it is quite messy out. It would be like playing in a big, cold, mudpuddle :p015: I think we will hold off for a bit longer

We had a mix earlier and they are calling for snow showers tonight . The rain has slowed and temps are dropping . I was just sayin to Jim the other day that my Shelties are getting a thick coat and the squirrels have bushy tails ... and indication of a long, cold snowy winter .

I am so glad I am not in that up north anymore!!!

And what the enemy will see? They will see the flash of our cannons, and they will hear the ringing of our swords, and they will know what we can do! By the sweat of our brow and the strength of our backs and the courage in our hearts! Gentlemen, hoist the colors!

Still forecast to be 90-ish, sunny and clear here through Saturday. Temps should begin dropping on Sunday, losing about 10 degrees by mid-week.

As much as I envy you snow--it looks gorgeous--I just don't like being cold!
