    The only time I went to Lewes I nearly got hit in the face by a fire torch. Won't ever take Steven. It's all about religious intolerance.

    My Mum was just telling me earlier that they took us over there a couple of times when we were young and even back then if you didn't move out of the way in time the torch carriers would just walk right into you. Don't know why it's still allowed quite honestly

    well DH shift at Lewes was due to end at 11.30pm last night but he didn't finish on time (that makes a change then - NOT!) He got home a little after 2 this morning :rolleyes008:

    According to the local radio over 50,000 attended, there were around 10 arrests and *only* 5 treated for minor injuries.

    Haven't spoken to DH yet as he's still in bed!
