    Man.,..now I wanna know what treacle is....ugh...

And what the enemy will see? They will see the flash of our cannons, and they will hear the ringing of our swords, and they will know what we can do! By the sweat of our brow and the strength of our backs and the courage in our hearts! Gentlemen, hoist the colors!

    It's a sicky sweet stuff.

Back to the cream. It has a consistency of soft butter, even when cold. It spreads nicely, but when it melts, it's not like butter, more like cream. It is not sweet, and tastes like a high quality cream you get here. You don't need butter with it, of course. I love it on scones.

It's wicked hard to find here, but you can get it in specialty shops. I find it in a small glass jar, with a blue label. Devon is on the label. It lasts nearly forever, too.

We only get it at Christmas, as it's a serious treat, ya' know? It's not too pricey, about $5 or so a jar. Not sure what it costs in the UK.

The gross stuff they give you at the GF tea is NOTHING like the real thing. Ick!

I don't like butter on anything and some of the lower quality stuff we get here tastes just like butter. It is worth paying for the really good stuff with the nice crusty bit on top :D
