firstly i would go into work and tell them to bite me

I would move to South Carolina and buy this house

I would also buy a house just outside York in the country, about 7/8 miles outside

I'd buy this car for the uk

    and this for the US

I'd then go round the world (first class of course) travelling the australia leg in this

That would be me too and then I'd pay off the kids bills, buy a new car, plan a road trip in a RV to see the USA, and of course go SHOPPING!!!

Pay off bills. Great minds think alike, Tink!
Pay estimated taxes on monies won.
Invest most of the remaining amount.
Do some traveling--WDW, NYC and perhaps a European river cruise--with a week somewhere on either end. :D
Start a busines that's been in the planning stages for the past few years. Just not in position to do it without winning the lottery--or something similar!

Theennnnnn, I'd set up an endowment fund in the names of some of the family members that we have loved who are no longer with us. We'd award amounts from that fund to ... well, whomever we decided to build the endowments around.

I'd go on to use a huge chunk of it to embark on political change. But ya'll knew that was coming. :D :D

Treat wise? Probably do something totally indulgent and buy Herself that ragtop she's been lusting after... :D

OH! And a small bookstore that included selling excellent scones and perfect tea, and the very best cup of coffee to be found anywhere! :D

And that would be it! :D
