    Understand how you feel, I have to share my children with my ex - husband and this year it's his turn to have them from the 23 rd to the 27th December. I find it really hard to let them go, he has re married and has two further kids of his own but I have to be fair and my girls are looking forward to going so I have to be upbeat and positive for their sakes but I'm feeling pretty down right now although trying not to show it. Hugs to everyone out there who finds Christmas difficult whatever the reason

    This is so hard from both sides. I know Dh and I always run ourselves to death trying to get in Christmas for everyone. One year I think we had 5 "Christmas celebrations" in a row trying to get everyone in.

    It is good for me that my kids will always stay home with Mommy and will never love anyone else they would want to spend Christmas with
